Conflict Resolution – Conflict is inevitable, but destructive outcomes are not. In this workshop, leaders will learn biblical principles and proven strategies for addressing disagreements, restoring unity, and creating a culture of peace in the ministry, marketplace, and home.

Discipleship That Delivers

Participants will learn practical strategies for guiding themselves and others into a deeper relationship with Christ, growth in faith and character, and creating a culture that produces lasting spiritual fruit.

Gifted to Serve Well
This session will help leaders recognize and steward their spiritual gifts by exploring how to identify unique areas of strength, align gifts with ministry opportunities, and serve in ways that bring fulfillment and effectiveness. Leaders will gain transferable tools to equip others in gift identification and investment that encourage believers to serve with confidence, humility, and impact.

Marriage, Family, & Ministry – This session provides biblical insights, practical strategies, and real-life applications to help pastors, ministry leaders, and volunteer couples cultivate healthy family dynamics while thriving in ministry service. Ministry to Youth & Young Adults – Reaching the next generation requires creativity, authenticity, and spiritual depth. This session offers guidance on understanding cultural trends, building genuine connections, and equipping youth and young adults to live boldly for Christ in today’s world.

The Church & Justice
This workshop explores the biblical mandate for justice and the Church’s vital role in embodying it today. Participants will learn how faith communities can stand as voices for the oppressed, advocates for righteousness, and instruments of reconciliation as we cover practical ways the Church can move beyond silence into faithful action.

The Power of Prayer – Prayer is the lifeline of effective ministry. This workshop inspires and equips leaders to deepen their personal prayer lives and to lead others into powerful, transformative prayer that brings revival, healing, and breakthrough.
